How to play Short Stack

Rules

Tap a pancake: the spatula slides under it and flips it and every pancake above it, all at once.
Sort the stack: smallest on top, largest at the bottom. Par is the fewest flips.
A start: bring the biggest unsorted pancake to the top, then flip it down into place. Par often beats that, though.

Later on

Burnt sides (from level 10): flips turn pancakes over. Every burnt (dark) side must end facing down.
Syrup (from level 18): two pancakes stuck together. The spatula can’t go between them.

Undo takes back a flip (3 per order). Hint makes the next flip of a shortest solution. Run out of flips and you can buy three more.
